1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 77pb platform ("we", "our", "Platform") and you ("user", "member", "you"). By visiting the 77pb.cam website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

• "Account" refers to a user's personal account registered on the platform.

2 Account Registration

2.2 Account Security

• Keeping your password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.

• The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

77pb follows an identity verification process where necessary to ensure the security of financial transactions. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested during this process. If you do not cooperate with verification, withdrawal access may be restricted.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use 77pb services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You must not have previously been removed or banned from the platform.
• You are using the platform of your own free will and independently.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus. Total balance ৳2,000. A total of ৳50,000 in betting (25x × 2,000) must be completed before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are for gaming purposes only.
• Another bonus cannot be accepted while one bonus is active.
• If promotional conditions are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 77pb reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

5.3 VIP Program

The 77pb VIP program has 5 levels in total. Reaching a higher level gives access to greater benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules always apply when playing games on 77pb:

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game manipulation or the use of automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Winnings incorrectly obtained due to a technical error will be considered void.

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Game Cancellation and Technical Issues

• If the internet connection is lost, the current state of the game will be saved on the server.
• After reconnecting, the game will resume from the same point.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a server issue, the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Deliberate betting strategies intended to circumvent bonus conditions (bonus abuse / arbitrage betting).
• Attempting to control games using automated bots, scripts or any software.
• Submitting fraudulent payment details or chargebacks.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal funds processing.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Gaming on behalf of or with funds from a third party.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Platform Rights

77pb reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Registration using false information.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may voluntarily close your account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonus balance, which will be cancelled if wagering requirements remain incomplete).

9 Liability Limitations

77pb always strives to ensure the quality of its services, however our liability is limited in the following matters:

• Natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure).
• Malware or security breaches on the user's own device.

10 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises with 77pb, follow the process below:

2. Step 2: Our support team will review your complaint and respond within 72 hours.
3. Step 3: If the matter is not resolved at the support level, it will be escalated for review at the management level.

During the dispute resolution process, the relevant balance or transaction may be temporarily put on hold.

In all cases, 77pb's decision will be considered final; however, we are committed to examining all disputes fairly and transparently.
